Dr. Ramon Barquin founded the Company with the goal of delivering leading data services and solutions to public, private, and non-profit organizations internationally, with a focus on excellent execution. Barquin Solutions has served all Cabinet-level departments and successfully completed large IT and application development products for the United States Department of Agriculture, United States Agency for International Aid, US Army, and other government and commercial clients.

In 2018, Barquin Solutions entered into a mentor-protégé partnership with Advanced Core Concepts (ACC) with the aim of scaling Barquin Solutions’ business infrastructure and capabilities. Through this partnership, the Company will continue its leadership within the data sciences field and rapidly expand its service offerings as well as develop mission-critical, data-oriented cybersecurity capabilities.
